Serving the Boston area, I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) whose aim is to create an empathetic and empowering therapeutic environment for each individual seeking counseling. I work both virtually and out of my office in Brookline, MA.
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based. I prioritize building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship.
I tailor individual therapy to the unique needs and strengths of each person by flexibly integrating techniques from a variety of clinical frameworks including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy, which allows for a dynamic approach.
I have extensive experience providing individual therapy with adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient mental health clinics, outpatient medical clinics, psychiatric inpatient units, counseling centers and schools, most recently in the Boston, Newton, and Brookline area.
I earned my undergraduate degree from NYU and my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from USC. I went on to earn my LMHC certification from Yeshiva’s Ferkauf School of Psychology, a division of Albert Einstein School of Medicine.
