I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to creating a compassionate, strengths-based, and transformative therapeutic experience for every client I work with. 

Licensed in both New York and Massachusetts, I offer virtual sessions to clients across both states.

I hold a Bachelor's degree from New York University and dual Master's degrees in Counseling — one in Guidance Counseling from the University of Southern California, and another in Mental Health Counseling from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

 Some of my clinical training took place at Massachusetts General Hospital, McLean Psychiatric Hospital, Roosevelt Hospital, Beverly Hills High School, and Bronx State Psychiatric Hospital, and I was selected as a School-Based Fellow at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy.

My clinical background spans inpatient psychiatric care, substance abuse treatment, school-based therapy, and private practice, giving me a broad and deeply informed perspective on mental health and healing. I ground my work in leading evidence-based modalities — including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — approaches proven to create meaningful, lasting change.
