I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) whose aim is to create an empathetic and empowering therapeutic environment for each individual seeking counseling. I hold licenses in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont and Rhode Island for virtual sessions.
I have extensive clinical experience across inpatient psychiatric settings, substance abuse treatment, school-based therapy, and private practice. I specialize in evidence-based treatments including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I earned my undergraduate degree from NYU and my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from USC. I went on to earn my LMHC degree from Yeshiva’s Ferkauf School of Psychology, a division of Albert Einstein School of Medicine. I have additional training from Massachusetts General Hospital as well as McLean Psychiatric Hospital (A Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate.)
