I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to fostering an empathetic, empowering, and transformative therapeutic experience for every individual I work with. Licensed in both New York and Massachusetts, I offer virtual sessions to clients across both states.
I hold a Bachelor's degree from New York University and dual Master's degrees in Counseling: one in Guidance Counseling from the University of Southern California, and a second in Mental Health Counseling from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. My clinical training spans some of the most prestigious institutions in the country, including Massachusetts General Hospital, McLean Psychiatric Hospital, Roosevelt Hospital, Beverly Hills High School, and Bronx State Psychiatric Hospital. I also trained at the Boston Institute of Psychotherapy as part of their fellowship program.
With extensive clinical experience spanning inpatient psychiatric care, substance abuse treatment, school-based therapy, and private practice, I bring a broad and deeply informed perspective to my work. My practice is grounded in leading evidence-based modalities, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches proven to produce meaningful, lasting change.
